Abstract: | Destination image and tourist travel motivation are generally viewed as causes of tourist satisfaction being of central importance to destination management organization and tourism-related sectors. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between tourism services and attraction attributes of Hungary as a tourist destination and the overall satisfaction of Russian tourists who visit the destination. Factors analyses were employed to identify the differences in the services and attraction attributes of Hungary that tourists’ select, depending on Russian tourists’ travel requirements and expectations. The results revealed that quality service and lodging performance are significant factors in determining Russian travelers’ overall satisfaction. The expression of satisfaction results in behavioral responses to recommend, share positive feedback about and revisit the destination. |
