Abstract:This Dissertation gives an insight to the life of the five star and luxurious hotels resident on Budapest. The Author investigates the necessarity of the Concierge in the luxury environment and answers the questions which are rising up regarding their future existence. Other than showcasing the daily work of the Concierge department, the Reception is also presented for the audience. This work is perfect for those who are interested about the way how guests are treated in a luxury hotel.
