| 520 | 3 | |a Over the past few years, there has been noticeable progress in the development of cooperation between Russia, China and Mongolia. The "Program of the establishment of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor", signed in June 2016 in Tashkent at the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, is aimed at enhancing tripartite cooperation. The document defines the main directions of tripartite cooperation in various fields, contains a list of 32 projects, the implementation of which will contribute to strengthening the trade and economic cooperation of the three states in the frame of One Belt One Road Initiative, established by the Chinese government in 2013. One Belt One Road Initiative promotes the win-win strategy for all countries along the way. This research focuses on China-Mongolia-Russia Corridor, its role in the strategy; it researches advantages and disadvantages, impacts and benefits for these three countries as well as defines One Belt One Road Strategy itself. In this paper the following questions are examined: how beneficial is this cooperation for these countries? What can be its impact on global power relations? The research uses the following methods: analyzes of official documents ("Action plan on the Belt and Road Initiative", "Program of establishment of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor", "Memorandum of understanding between the Russian Federation, People's Republic of China and Mongolia on development of the program of establishment of the economic corridor Russia-China-Mongolia"); evaluation of countries’ economic profiles and future perspectives for development, media reports. The paper is a pioneering work because of the novelty and relevance of the topic, as well as the inaccessibility of sources for non-Russian speaking readers since all the relevant documents are available only in Russian, Mongolian or Chinese languages. The current research is using the findings of the author’s previous studies on One Belt One Road Strategy. Moreover, it will be the part of a complex study on new Silk Road.
