Abstract:This dissertation investigates the long-run effect on the research and development, especially concerning the education sector, governed by specified regulations and policies. ‎ Taking into considerations, the main elements, who play the core rules in modeling the chain of ‎that enhancement. ‎ The challenge confronted translates how such practices, when strategically ‎considered, can simultaneously ‎initiate economic, social and cultural value. However, the compensations required to cover such expenses to ‎approach the continuous development can be at the starting stage extremely high. Because of ‎this high sums paid, the more prolonged scope strategies could be the best option for to host country, who ‎promote their education playground for innovative foreign students for better-off and rich distinctive ideas. The main chapters in this research are structured in (1) Introduction, pointing out the aim, goals, and approaches; (2) Literature Review, tackling the academic backdrop for strategies and policies, which affecting the higher education sector; (3) Methodology and Data Sources, demonstrating the analyses utilized to answer the research problems; (4) Research Findings, illustrating the outcomes and the relationships between a group of distinct categories; (5) Conclusion and Recommendations provided by the research outcomes as well as the future expectations and the superior strategies to accomplish the sustainability desired, via generous programs given by governments.
