| 520 | 3 | |a First of all, “Foreign Direct Investment” is defined as the process of obtaining the right of ownership of the legal entity of investor country with the purpose of monitoring and personally managing investment receiving country’s enterprise production, therefore, distribution and other activities. Foreign direct investment is the intersection of long-term direct investment interest of one country’s investor at the industrial location and direct investment receiving inspection of other nation’s industry head at the production site. Secondly, Mongolia could be one of the rapidly growing countries in the world and same as a different developing country. Nowadays, FDI becomes the most important part of the Mongolian economic field. This country has wealthy natural and mineral resources and recently world largest copper-gold ore has been discovered. For this reason, Mongolia becomes the highest FDI attracting country in the world. On the other hand, the authorities need to learn from international experts not repeating their mistakes to use its resources efficiently. Lastly, in this thesis, I would like to introduce economic analysis to determine how the FDI effects the GDP and Mongolian economic growth. I carried out the analysis by methods of observation and simple statistical methods (correlation data analysis), and I have used the results of relevant books, journal articles and online sources. I used a simple statistical analysis due to the availability of data. This economic analysis is critical to attracting the FDI inflow in Mongolia. | |
