| 520 | 3 | |a After entering the WTO, as China's economy continues to maintain a steady growth, and with the growth of the process of economic globalization, multinational corporations direct investment in China has made huge progress in development, and become China's economic development boosters, and its position and role has become increasingly essential. Hence, how to better use direct investment in China and how to use the investment to enhance Chinese industrial competitiveness and economic development has become a major issue. This article argues the three times’ impact on China’s industrial structure , which is brought by multinational corporations and international investment theory of international direct investment, and studies on the strategic adjustment and the new trend of development of the multinational companies in China, points out the impact from the multinational corporations bringing to the development of our industry, analyzes the industry effect made by multinational corporation investment in China, and sums up a number of problems existing in the investment. | |
