Kivonat: | 1. ABSTRACT John. H. Dunning has created the famed OLI framework to elucidate the level of internationalization among enterprises. In this paper, the level of internationalization among firms from the perspective of corporate background, corporate structure reasons, progress, the business expansion, and the features of internationalization will be focused on. In addition, to see how far Huawei goes with the R&D specialty and how much it has affected by the internationalization with the help of OLI framework. After a short introduction, the second part followed will be the literature review of OLI framework, emerging MNCs and Chinese MNCs. In the third part, the Chinese OFDI with special attention will be talked about. It begins from the Chinese investment, and then to the Chinese investment in Hungary as well as Huawei’s development in Hungary. The main research question is to understand what Huawei’s OLI-based advantages for its internalization in Hungary are. In this paper, the case study of Huawei, interview, and the use of secondary date as methodology will be used to analyze the direction of the investment of Chinese multinational corporations. Besides, the special characteristic of Huawei’s internationalization in Hungary will be analyzed. The detailed OLI analysis in Hungary will also brings up the possible suggestions in the conclusion. |
