Description
Abstract:Non-conventional banking has been one of the most controversial discussion topics in the recent years, not only in middle eastern community, but also in the western communities very. Since the financial crisis, and the solid stand of non-conventional banks, it has become a case of investigation to understand how non-conventional banks work, in such structure that it was unaffected by a global crisis. However, still within the community, specifically by the orthodox scholars, there are many questions and doubts regarding the products and activities of non-conventional banks, and to what extent are in compliance with the Sharia, or the Muslim based regulations, given that the highest concern is the abortion of interest and usury (Hanif ,2014).
