520 3 |a The Internet industry in China is growing rapidly. Up to 802 million Internet users in China expanded at the end of 2018 and 5.33 million Chinese websites. It has become increasingly important in the everyday life of people, which involves all sorts of entertainment events, business activities, and policies of government. Payment by a third-party acts as an important part of the Internet. It's not for any of us a brand-new word. It refers to how third-party operators are engaged between buyers and sellers in payment and collective operations. This word emerged in China and businesses would apply for a third-party transaction license to service their Chinese customers. Third-party transactions are increasing slowly in other areas of life, such as payment of utility bills and call refill. The rapid upgrading of smartphones, the widespread adoption of tablet PCs and 4G technology have contributed to an incredible achievement in third-party payment. Today, e-commerce networks have not reached third-party payment systems. We have already extended their business in asset management, insurance services, and other financial industries through the long-term technology development and the advantages of data analysis. It is clear to see that some profitable businesses of commercial banks are already impacted by the growth of the business area of third-party transaction. After China released the interest rate restrictions, the profits of commercial banks ' traditional deposit and loan business declined, leading to increased competition in the industry, but in the meantime, business banks also tried to change the focus on intermediary business development. In this market, third-party transactions and commercial banks have established a competitive partnership. From this point of view and depending on the situation in China, a study should be carried out in tandem with these two issues to examine the effects and challenges of third party transactions on commercial banks and the development or future of commercial banks.
