Kivonat:The main purpose of the study is to expose the level of satisfaction of tourists who toured cultural heritage areas in Tbilisi (Georgia). Advanced technologies help visitors to get access to the city’s each important tourist spots, but how strong and positive is the perception of sightseers, especially international, is still under the question mark. The aforementioned research seeks to measure the satisfaction of the tourists toward the quality of the communication, sensed value, and the image of the heritage. The study itself is a detailed analysis of the information that was achieved by a quantitative method. The primary data were obtained from the tourists who had been visited in Tbilisi from 4th of November 2019 to the 19th of January 2020. The tourists were interviewed by author and tourism agency “TriptoGeorgia 2019” LTD ( https://tripto.ge/) tour-guides for the author. The respondent number was 176 people for the first chapter and 98 respondents for the other one. Most of them were from India and Arabic countries- Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The questionnaire is based on quantitative research where is used correlation and comparative analyses for the data analyses.
