| Abstract: | My aim is to investigate the impact of tourism information accessible on the internet on foreign travelers as well as the relationship between tourism, travel planning, and online travel sites. In order to attain this, Bosnia and Herzegovina's inbound tourism will be examined along with factors such as travel habits, eco, and health tourism, internet a usage, global tourism megatrends, digital influence, community impact, economic impact, nature impact, and sustainability. The objective of this thesis is to deliver a full perception of the topic by supplying a comprehensive theoretical background and veritable research. Theoretical analysis presented in the literature review is supported by interviews done with experts in specific tourism service fields and roles. Qualitative method of interviews and scientific literature exposed in thesis proves the validity of information questioned. |
