Abstract:The e-commerce business has become a crucial part of the economy on an international level. Many companies have already realized that in order to further grow their businesses, e-commerce is a viable an option as the user base of the internet offers an extremely large number of potential customers. The issue at hand comes from the collection and management of the internet users data. In this thesis I intend to find out how e-commerce businesses conduct business, show examples of technology oriented companies and how reliable do private people view online stores and websites from several aspects.
