Abstract:In my thesis I am going to introduce the characteristics of online clothing shopping habits and shopping behaviour of the consumers. Internet becomes more and more important for both people and organizations, shopping habits, shopping behaviour and even in brands’ marketing strategy. Nowadays all organizations have to be present online and many companies sell its products or services online. The e-commerce became more and more significant a lot and according to the estimations it will become more and more significant. Internet provides many new possibilities for the companies in different areas, like different marketing activities, targeting the consumers and contacting customers. Internet provides a special opportunity even for the consumers: they can contact the companies which causes a change in the direction of the communication between the organizations and the people and even the consumers can contact the companies if they want. Due to these new possibilities there are many changes and development in the field of shopping habits and shopping behaviour of the consumers which I would like to present in connection with the About You web shop.
