520 3 |a Based on the popularity of people living in Hungary, they are on the way to a healthier life rhythm. Therefore healthy life is on-trend nowadays. Healthy fast-food brings convenience and is less time preparing. In Asian cuisine, Vietnamese food is very liberal and extensive. In this thesis studies, I identify the market risk and opportunities r. Almost the Vietnamese restaurants are changed dish to Hungarian flavor, so it is virtually different from traditional Vietnamese food. Budapest is the capital of Hungary, where is an area of convenient transportation, diverse culture, and a significant population. Hence, opening a Vietnamese healthy fast-food restaurant here have more chances of success than anywhere else. The objective is to analyze market overview and research, make a business plan, and finance a start-up of Vietnamese healthy fast-food restaurants in this thesis. In the market research part, I analyzed the demand and supply, the competition service at the same level of eatery model. In the market plan part, I’m planning to determine the price, customer segmentation, strategies of sale, and promotion technique. After analyzing, we can find a better way to reach our target and satisfy customers’ needs. It can also be a guide for other fast-food service start-ups in the Budapest city. Contemporaneous, I studied online marketing, home delivery segmentation, and develop it. Methods: Marketing research. Marketing plan.
