| Abstract: | As the most important financial instrument in the greenfinance market, green bonds have largely solved the problem of difficultfinancing for green projects. Although China is now one of the top three greenbond issuers in the world, its green bond market is still chaotic and has manyproblems. So, what is the existence and expectation of China’s green bondmarket, and what measures can be taken to make the China’s green bonds markethealthier and stronger? This dissertation aims to summarize the deficiencies ofthe current China’s green bond market and the highlights of international greenbonds market, analyze the causes of market chaotic, and propose feasiblemeasures to promote the healthy development of China’s green bond market so asto achieve the future expectation. |
