Kivonat:In every population there are outliers who would not relate to their countries norms in Lewis’ model. Finding these outliers could have paramount importance in training the next generation of international sales personnel. Who could better handle different types of culture shock.Due to the cost of training employees its an ultimate goal to find the best possible candidates for the programs. General cross-cultural communication tests are dealing with workplace relationships and workplace hierarchy, however with entry-level employees and fresh graduate, it is much harder since they do not have any extensive real-life work experience and an HR manager mostly can rely on those tests and other tools that help to differentiate core skills. However it is much easier to train someone who has a similar approach towards most of their relationships in their everyday life since in the future it is going to be even harder to find those kinds of employees who are willing to merge their personality with their profession and job title. With my questionnaire one can filter a potential applicant pool for a job posting.
