Kivonat:Industry 4.0 has got its effects both positive and negative ones in the food and beverages industry and in catering business too. Automation and robotisation created such circumstances that have never been experienced before from the scale to food processing to kitchen work and even delivering services. It can be easily pointed out that basically those companies could be competitive that utilise the advantages of Industry 4.0 the most appropriate way and can invest them in their everyday tasks in order to attract the biggest possible number of customers. However in my thesis it is highlighted that no kind of economic or industrial development can be achieved without taking into account the human beings, the human nature and the rights that are derived from the very essence of the human nature.
