| Kivonat: | This scientific work is built on a detailed collection of Hungarian Palóc traditions in gastronomy based on spiritual beliefs around winter-time feasts. The main example studied in the work is the current functionning of Hollókő's UNESCO World Heritage Site as this touristic destination is well-known of maintaining the settlement according to the original Palóc traditions. The two most frequently visited catering establishments are described focusing on their demand and visitors. |
