The investigation of Caucasian gastronomy and its appearance in Hungarian gastronomy

520 3 |a This thesis deals with the Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani gastronomy. The investigation aimed to reveal the connections between the Caucasian and Hungarian gastronomy and to highlight the values of the examined countries in the field of culinary. Interviews with three professionals were concluded who originated from Hungary and Georgia; in order to study both sides of the research. Results showed that there are facts that connect the Caucasian countries and Hungary; however, the main research questions can not be declared as confirmed. The conclusion that Hungarians shared common historical events with the Caucasian countries leads us to the discovery that there is evidence of inheriting gastronomical values from each other.
