The digital currency becomes a major change in the payment technology of the Internet era, brings new challenges to the traditional currency system and national monetary policy. The development of decentralized digital currency like Bitcoin contributes to various countries to research on cryptocurrency and blockchain. Governments of many countries pay attention to digital currency and central banks are committed to research the digital payment and settlement tool issued by the central bank with national credit as the guarantee liability - Central bank digital currency (CBDC). The issuance and use of digital money interact with the implementation of monetary policy.
