| Kivonat: | The topics of my thesis focused on the trade policy in the United States. In this category my aim was to examine whether the trade policy in force is effective in the country, so that to provide a healthy and safe environment for entities involved in international trade. In this category my aim was to examine whether the trade policy in force is effective in the country, so that to provide a healthy and safe environment for entities involved in international trade.Federal agencies are in charge for the enforcement and supervision of regulations that are easy to violate; sometimes these sanctions are structured in a way that seems complicate, thus continuously being aware of the current trade policy regulations are inevitable for businesses. Supported by careful observation and examples I came to the conclusion that the U.S. operates with trade policies that have been established in order to provide safety for the United States against transactions and situation exposing threats to the country. Also, in the study I prove the legitimate existence of trade policy tools used by the Government of the U.S. These features of the policy contribute to the development of U.S. economy, while controlling import and export activities in the country. |
