| Kivonat: | This study attempts to evaluate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the world economy in terms of Global Value Chains. The rapid spread of the pandemic in a short period and affecting different geographies brought supply and demand-side shocks in global value chains reduced the predictability of risk and made it difficult for Multinational Corporations that represent oil&gas companies to generate income. The importance of value chains in the life of big corporations has been discussed in this work. Moreover, new practices that have been implemented by oil&gas to mitigate the damage of pandemic have been studied. |
