| Abstract: | The 20th century brought the value of the corporative social responsibility in the corporate world practices and system. The study examines the impact of corporate social responsibility on Indian listed companies. It is very important to achieve organizational and individual goals at the same time as the frame. The fact is that no organization can grow without the growth of its employees. So, the corporative social responsibility is a platform for both sides to reach the goals and develop in an effective way. This study was conducted to explore the view of the employees about the corporative social responsibility practices in the Indian company/organization. Finding similar report helps the researcher for literature review and secondary study. |
