| Kivonat: | Budapest Waterworks is the main contractor of the reconstruction and capacity building of two water treatment plants in Sri Lanka financed by tied aid loan. In my theses I present the startegy of our organisation to penetrate into overseas market. Furthermore, I analyse the various financial options which was a pre-requsite for the realization of the project including tied aid loans. Before contracting Budapest Waterworks listed all related risks, which is also detailed in my work. Among finanical risk management, guarantees play an important role, therefore I also dedicated time to their analysis. Finally, the various aspects of the deleivery of machines are presented. |
