| Abstract: | The subject of my thesis is the examination of the operation of SonCity Ltd.By writing this dissertation, my goal is to give a comprehensive picture of the current operation of the company, and if I discover shortcomings and critical points during the examination, I would also like to make suggestions for solutions. I would like to create an objective picture for the owner, from which he cannot only review the comparison and development of the examined periods (2017-2019) but also draw conclusions about the future. I would like to present the company, analyse its market environment, then describe the processes of trade, in the micro-level approach the turnover of goods in chronological order, when examining resource management, I try to explore the possible bottlenecks, find the resources that can reduce the efficiency of the company's operation, and finally, by studying accounting and financial data, I want to shed light on the company's property in several ways. In my dissertation, I am looking for the answer to the question of whether in this ever-intensifying competition, with efficiency and effectiveness in mind, operational processes can be kept in the desired and expected channel. The aim of my research is to carry out exploratory, explanatory research, during which I would like to examine the connections, in addition to describing the processes. During the research, I would like to rely on quantitative data and qualitative information from primary and secondary sources. |
