From the economic aspect the main effects of the pandemic are visible on the grassroot level best, hence my decision to conduct the research from the perspective of Small and Medium size Enterprises. The major layers of research are detailed in the response measures seen as restrictive measures and support measures for economic aid and recovery. The research is conducted on 12 selected countries within the EU. An introduction was necessary into the man aspects and areas of economy that the pandemic has had impact on. Microfinance, Investment, Financial instruments of banking and State have seen a major restructure in the last year. Research was made into the different response measures in the 12 selected countries on the assumption that response measures were same but not on same timeline. The second research was made on the support measures with the assumption that all Governments or financial units provide the same products or assistance packages. A comparative direct research was made in the economic statistics of each of the 12 for indices of GDP, Labor, Production, Services, inflation rate, sales turnover and, construction. The combined data and analytical report has provided direct contradiction to the research assumptions. As detailed in the research data provided the response frame and actions are not organized as would have been indicated in such a global event. The support measures are “unfair” to commonly describe, in the view that the research has provided an extensive outlook on how each country has taken financial measures to aid the economy and this is unorganized and uncollaborative in member states, hence the term “unfair” to describe.
