| Abstract: | The economic development came to a halt when the COVID-19 epidemic we can say surprised the whole world. The situation that it caused is unprecedented and nobody was entirely prepared for it and its consequences. The decision to deal with the question of crisis management of a hotel in Budapest during the pandemic has numerous reasons. The most important one is that the virus greatly influences the tourism and catering industry and each and every hotel has a different approach when it comes to making business decisions. |
