Silverline Cruises is a tourism-related shipping company, providing catering services as well. The objective was to analyse the data of the company and the trends in the industry. Semi-structured interviews and secondary market and data analysis were conducted. Those served as a base for a possible business plan for the future. SWOT, market analyses (competitors, targeting), marketing, operational and financial plans were compiled to result in a Profit & Loss Statement. With reliable quantities and an optimistic view, higher profit was reached, than in 2019, thanks to new segmentation, new programmes and catering units. | |
