| Abstract: | The dissertation interprets the events in luxury hotels in the United States, their situation, role and effects in hotel industry presented through a five-star resort, and examines the conferences, meetings, special occasions and small events as main source of income of the hotel. The author also explains the role of the staff working in these facilities, providing appropriate services and maintaining the standards that allow the luxury hotels to create a unique experience that results in guests' satisfaction. |
