| Abstract: | Trade relations between Laos and China with the case study of Lao rice exported to China:This thesis is indicated an overview and background of the trade relation between Laos and China, since they first perform their first relations. Ever since Laos and China becoming a trade partner for many years, it shows the good trade relations between both countries. As Laos is a small and only landlocked country in Southeast Asia. Laos and China were signed the trade agreement and Chinese provide the quotas for Laos in order to export Lao rice to China. Due to this agreement, China became the second largest trade partner with Laos. In addition the agricultural sector play an important role in Laos, as it support the Lao economic as well as boost the GDP in Laos. This thesis will also focused on the fundamental of trade relations and background of the economic relations between Laos and China |
