| Kivonat: | All members of the European Union are expected to adopt long-term business norms that promote sustainable development. Environmental and societal issues have grown in importance in recent years. Businesses are paying particular attention to these business segments, incorporating social and environmental responsibility into planning processes as a confirmation of long-term investment in this area, as well as in day-to-day operations. The influence of corporate social responsibility will be highlighted in economic, social, environmental, and ethical dimensions. The goal of this thesis is to describe and conceptualize community and organizational responsibility as a vital component of management operations in commercial enterprises. Examples of existing practices and successful companies that engage in a socially responsible manner will be provided throughout this paper. They will be offered as prospective guidelines for companies/businesses that are beginning to understand and implement the notion of CSR in their day-to-day operations. |
