To prosper in this era of fast cross-border e-commerce growth, e-commerce enterprises in China and the nations along the "Belt and Road" must boost their international competitiveness and chart a clear path forward via a variety of practical means. Simultaneously, governments in all nations should bolster their support and oversight of cross-border e-commerce-related businesses.
