| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to read, research, and to compose an academic writing about corporate governance structure and improvement in it in order to increase productivity and profit. Corporate governance is a complex topic overall yet really important. It decides whether a company will rise or face doom. A good company can only be successful with a good governance structure. A lot of studies are being done on corporate governance, the purview of this research is to identify the improvement scope in corporate governance processes for increased productivity and profit. |
