Kivonat:The purpose of this research is to determine what impact company size have on HPH Special Kft.’s effectiveness. The company size plays a key role in the selection of the procurement management and inventory management strategies. The size of the business also has a decisive impact on determining effective offline and online sales strategies. There are a number of literature sources available to map sourcing and inventory management processes and their challenges from a small company perspective. During the interviews with the owners and sellers of HPH Special Kft., we can gain insight into the application of these strategies in practice. The business owner helps us understand how sourcing and inventory management strategies are shaped relative to company size. The sellers of HPH Specil Kft. Provide assistance in monitoring the sales processes and determining their efficiency. By analyzing the online customer reviews, we can easily map the satisfaction of the customers of HPH Special Kft. in relation to the company and the products sold by the company. In conclusion, I will compare the secondary and primary research findings and draw conclusions.
