| Abstract: | This research analyzes the relationships between visitors' water usage in connection with water tourism, and their understanding and behavior about the water shortage and availability to clear water in Hungary. This paper compares data on people's eco-friendly behavior in water tourism today and a decade ago, and it focuses on the changes that have occurred in the industry, that have brought us to the current situation.The reserach is focusing on the past of water tourism in Hungary, putting Lake Balaton in the main view, leading the reader through the development of the field. Analyzing the current situaton of the Hungarian waterfronts, of the bigger waters. |
