Abstract:Mobile commerce has significantly increased in many countries across different continents. The motivation for this research came from the researcher experiencing how it was engaged in two different setups: a developed country and an undeveloped country. This intrigued the researcher to learn more about its factors and the future of mobile commerce in a developing country such as Ghana. One main reason why mobile commerce is expanding greatly is its convenience. It is noticed that people will change their habits from one to another quickly, if helps them save time, energy and resources. Therefore, further research must be done concerning mobile commerce and to what effects are people willing to adapt to cater for it. A plethora of helpful insights and a comprehensive understanding of the customer perception and attitude about mobile commerce in Ghana were acquired during this paper and it will significantly contribute to future development in digitalization.
