Abstract:The service quality of the catering department, as one of the core departments of hotels, directly affects the development of hotels. Therefore, it is essential to compare China and foreign countries to study the quality of catering service in high star hotels and promote the healthy development of high star hotels. This paper uses questionnaires and other methods to investigate and study and combines Chinese and foreign hotel catering service satisfaction, compares and analyzes the differences between Chinese and foreign hotels in catering services, and discusses how to improve the quality of Chinese hotel catering services.
