Kivonat:Covid-19 is an extremely contagious illness caused by an undisclosed coronavirus strain. This pandemic erupted in Wuhan, China, in December of 2019. Tourism and hospitality services were significantly disrupted, resulting in industry revenue loss. The authorities of Ho Chi Minh City have suspended the majority of non-essential activities. The goal of this study was to evaluate the effects, recovery measures, and future of the Ho Chi Minh City serviced apartment business. In order to acquire primary data, qualitative interviews were conducted with four managers of serviced apartments. The author gathered secondary data from journals, research reports, books, articles, and websites in order to gain a broad understanding of the theoretical literature. The outcome demonstrates that serviced apartments witnessed a substantial decline in occupancy and average room rate. The risk of infection in these serviced apartments also hindered the organization's employment efforts. Several recovery measures were implemented in accordance with government restrictions and rules in order to preserve the business level. In addition, Ho Chi Minh City's serviced apartment managers are optimistic about the industry's future.
