Abstract: | Based on the related theories of hotel management, experience theme and experience thinking, this paper explores the literature, conducts an empirical research method of questionnaire survey, and uses SPSS for data analysis to explore whether the cultural theme, environmental facilities, services, products, and other factors of the hotel are related to the Customer experience and satisfaction are related. From the perspective of consumers, consumption situations and experience themes, this paper discusses the characteristics of experience thinking in the hotel management industry and conducts SWOT analysis. To improve customer satisfaction and promote the long-term development of hotel management services and benefits. Through multiple regression analysis, the study found that cultural themes, environmental facilities, services, and product factors have an impact on customer experience and satisfaction. Through the conclusion, it proposes methods and empirical thinking methods to improve customer satisfaction and bring controllable changes to the development of the hotel industry. |
