Abstract: | In the core parts of my dissertation, I examine the impacts, effects of social media, and the role of influencers in society. As the primary research I have chosen to conduct a questionnaire about social media habits mainly focusing on influencers and the actual impact they have on customers buying decisions. As the basis of the secondary research, I evaluated significant and professional literature, articles and previous studies, surveys and publications related to influencers impacts on social media users. Then in the end of my thesis I compare my findings with the existing studies and develop conclusions based on the similarities and the differences. I have stated my hypothesis, and one of my main goals were to be able to see the impact of social media and influencers on society. |
