Description
Abstract:The coronavirus pandemic has made a difference in everyone's life, socially, financially, cognitively, and physically, and as a result, consumers' daily lives in terms of consumption have radically changed. In my thesis, I analysed supermarkets and hypermarket consumer expectations during the COVID-19 situation. I tried to get as much relevant information as possible from my primary research. During the primary research, I was able to get information from the consumers specifically, which was materially confirmed by the interview representing the retailers’ side. The primary research has also confirmed the key finding of the secondary research and academic studies, that during the pandemic – the most important consideration of customers was in relation to their own safety. As a result, I could obtain satisfactory answers to the research questions I posed.
