| Abstract: | I chose this topic because during my study in the field of hospitality and tourism, the connection between tourism and climate change became a very interesting theme for me. Climate change is a problem, not just only in tourism, which cannot be solved, it always was, is and will be. The best solutions are to try decrease the amount of it and try to adapt to it. It is very easy to realize that the problem of climate change has become a very significant issue during the last few years but unfortunately the common opinion does not treat this problem as serious as it should be treated. The purpose of this exploratory study is to examine how tourism affects climate and climate change and how tourism is affected by climate change. The most important goal of my dissertation is to find the most appropriate solutions of the present days to the problem of climate change. |
