| Kivonat: | Food, as an important part of tourism resources, now plays a very important role in tourism development and city image building all over the world. and gastronomy tourism, with the enjoyment and experience of gastronomic culture as the main motive, is gradually becoming a novel and important form of tourism activity. Although gastronomy tourism has a broad future development, its development form has some limitations. Although China's gastronomy tourism resources are very rich in the world, compared with the more mature gastronomy tourism in other countries, China's gastronomy tourism development is late, so China's gastronomy tourism has great potential for development. However, tourists have different requirements for gastronomy tourism, and there are also some problems in the development of gastronomy tourism in various parts of China. This paper will take the Jinan city of China as an example, will mainly through the method of questionnaires and literature research, will study and analyze these phenomena, and propose constructive countermeasures, put forward suggestions for the development of gastronomy tourism in Jinan, to satisfy the needs of tourists for gastronomy tourism in Jinan.
