At the same time, hospitality businesses have expanded at a comparable rate, not only expanding their capacity but also the quality of their offerings in order to entice and keep customers. The term \"multi-skilling\" refers to the combination of \"versatility\" and \"skills,\" and it is possible that incorporating it into the human resources of a hotel would be beneficial. However, the happiness of employees is the key to unlocking their latent potential for motivation. Satisfied workers are more likely to provide superior service to clients. The hospitality sector is focused on providing exceptional service to its guests and providing a relaxing environment for guests is essential to maintaining a positive public image. It is often believed that the level of competitiveness and rivalry that exists in this industry is one of the reasons why so many people decide to switch from their typical institution. This research delves deeply into the multi-skilling methodology at work at Morocco's five-star hotels. The findings suggest that the success of multi-skilling relies on how the idea is applied inside luxury hotels and that a competitive advantage can only be achieved if certain conditions are satisfied, such as high levels of employee engagement, training, and loyalty. However, introducing and implementing multi-skilling is not straightforward, as it confronts various problems such as the emergence of disputes and the stress of staff, both of which may have a detrimental effect on the visitor experience.
