Kivonat:The main goal of my thesis is to understand the Over-the-Top platforms and the changing conditions on the market, and how they can win market share. The aim is to understand how the customer base decides which platforms to use on a daily basis, in the long term. These platforms have different pricing and quality which decide who comes out on top and wins the market share. I have used different methodologies mainly a questionnaire that was filled out by 101 people. The results will sum up all the outcomes of my methods used and the questionnaire.
