| Abstract: | In the dissertation, the reader gets an overview of the adequate operation of equestrian tourism. The question under investigation is how a closed riding arena influences the earning power of an equestrian tourism establishment, I analyze their habits and demand for an arena. In the research, I also examine the providers’ attitudes toward the tenders that support financial aid to equestrian facilities., and how could I also provide a picture about the jobs in the profession and how human resources could be optimized. |
