Kivonat: | Nowadays, it is inevitable that a business’s online presence has played a significant role in the process of how this company interacts with its target customers. This interaction can occur in terms of establishing the business’s image, providing information, showcasing products, promoting customers’ online shopping activities, and improving customer experience. In order to streamline these online processes and gain full control over their activities, nearly every retail business in the modern-day has its own website available. In addition, there are likely to be a lot of companies in a given industry competing for the highest possible ranking when a potential consumer types something into the Google search field. Thus, the arising question is: “How can a business make its website stand out ” There are many possible answers to that question. However, this paper will focus on only one solution for how to effectively attract customers to a website by applying proper Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics. This thesis will cover several key SEO elements and practices that every webmasters and SEO specialists have to keep in mind while optimizing their website, especially for a B2B business. This case study will look closely at Dryad Networks and how multiple SEO tactics are applied to improve their website’s ranking on Google. By the end of this paper, it is expected to provide readers, especially those who have just started working in the field of web design and digital marketing, with a throughout guidelines on SEO for B2B and become a useful reference for future research.
