Abstract: | The study discusses the concept of stress and how to cope with it. Stress is a word many people can relate to so it is very important that we learn how to deal with stressful situatuions. The continuous deadlines we have to meet, the presentations that need to be done and the supervision we need to devote to the workers can get tough. Nowadays a person lives in a big city and gets tired quickly. The work is scheduled for weeks and months in advance, so we feel the shortage of time at work. Lack of sleep reduces performance, reaction and ability to concentrate, which leads to stress at work. It seems that a kind person in everday life at work becomes nervous and angry; therefore it is important to pay attention to physical and emotional health. The artical deals with the issue of how to maintain emotional hygiene. You need to follow a few simple rules to maintain not only a good physical, but also an emotional state. The study looks at how to control stress. It is emphasized that one should learn to overcome stressful situations. The paper adresses the question of how to avoid stressful situations, the importance of being responsible for subordinates, leading and controlling them. The research adresses the question of how to become a successful manager. An example of the work and lifestyle of a marketing director in a Hungarian company is given. |
