| Kivonat: | Abstract My research focuses on the factors that influence the success of a project. I chose this topic because of my job, where I work on an invoice automation project. This is why I became interested in what makes a project good and what factors influence it. My aim was to answer these basic questions. In my thesis, I will highlight the project success factors and how they vary from project to project. Among these, I will analyze in detail the impact of management on project success, the reasons for changing priorities, and the selection of professionals for a project. To conduct my research, I will use a qualitative method, interviewing 9 managers who can provide relevant information on the topic. To this end, I will interview the interviewees in an online Zoom meeting and ask them my research questions. These interviews reveal the interrelationships between the key success factors of the project and their impact on each other. In my view, the results of my research would provide useful and practical lessons for sustaining project success and avoiding failure. |
