| Abstract: | In this research, scientific and modern analyses were conducted on the analysis of investment needs in the regions of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. In this research, a systematic approach and Pestle analysis methods have been used. Thus, the PESTLE analysis was used to collect, examine, and systematize economic evidence about the research work. The restoration of liberated territories by Azerbaijan, the provision of modern agricultural technology, sustainable development programs, the restoration of historical architectural monuments for tourism development, and the resettlement of the population to these areas will all change the geopolitical situation of these regions and economies. New transport-logistics corridors which will be created will enable Central Asian countries to access new markets should be highlighted. The project's completion will benefit both countries because it will connect Europe and Asia and connect Turkey, Russia, Iran, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in a single economic corridor, facilitating trade for all. |
